To imagine is to be unbound. The theme of the 2025 Oslo Freedom Forum, Imagine, envisions a world beyond the constraints of authoritarianism. When oppression feels permanent and immutable, the act of imagining becomes a powerful form of resistance. Oslo Freedom Forum, is an annual three-day human rights conference in Oslo, that brings together 1500 activists, journalists, technologists, artists, and thinkers.

The look & feel needed to capture the optimism and possibility of Imagine, with a language that expressed a sense of movement and possibility, representing freedom as something expansive, fluid, and impossible to contain.

SOLUTION
SOLUTION
The visual approach is built around the idea of blending, the mixing of colors, the blending of layers and the disappearing edge. Inspired by the northern lights of Norway, the system moves away from fixed boundaries to create forms that shift, merge and transform. An identity that is fluid, adaptive and resists containment, it a visual expression of hope, creativity and shared imagination.
